Red Ribbon Week!

Red Ribbon Week at Elda Elementary: OCT 24-28, 2016

Monday, October 24- Healthy and Happy!  

  • This day is the kick off to red ribbon week and we promote healthy kids!  
  • Attire: Students may wear RED shirts to promote awareness of a healthy lifestyle.

 

Tuesday, October 25- Everybody Counts (Diversity Appreciation)!  

  • This day is about appreciating and celebrating our differences!  We each have unique talents and gifts and this is what makes us special!
  • Attire:  Students may wear crazy hats showing that we are all different and unique which makes life fun!


Wednesday, October 26- The Road to Your Future Starts Now!

  • This day is to show that the choices we make today impact our future dreams!  
  • Attire:  Students may dress as whatever they want to be when they grow up!

 

Thursday, October 27- Kindness is Contagious!

  • This day is to show our appreciation and kindness to each other, our school, and community.
  • Attire:  Students will bring in canned food items to donate to the RAMM Pantry.  Students bringing in a canned good are encouraged to wear school spirit wear!

 

Friday, October 28- FUN Friday!

  • We will celebrate this day by dressing in Halloween costumes and discussing our role models.
  • Attire:  Students may wear their Halloween costumes!
