Ross Local Schools is proud to share the release of our State of the District publication and a new video introducing the district’s upcoming strategic planning process.

As we close out a successful school year, we are grateful for the students, staff, families, and community members who make Ross such a special place to learn and grow. This publication reflects on where we are as a district, celebrates the people who make Ross strong, and looks ahead to the important work of planning for our future.

The State of the District publication will be mailed to all residents next week. Families and community members are also invited to watch the accompanying video to learn more about the strategic planning process that will begin in the 2026–2027 school year.

This process will include voices from across our community, including students, staff, families, business leaders, civic organizations, first responders, faith leaders, and community members. Together, we will build on Ross Local Schools’ strong traditions while planning for the future needs of our students and community.
